DIRECTIONS TO MEETINGS
We meet together with PFLAG/TransFamlies Sacramento on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 9:30 P.M. at Saint Mark's United Methodist Church, 2391 Saint Mark's Way, Sacramento CA 95864 on the second floor of the Education Building. It is located at the corner of Saint Mark's Way and Lusk Drive, behind Country Club Plaza, near the Southeast intersection of Watt Avenue & El Camino Avenue. Access is through the parking lot on Lusk Drive.
Who May Attend?
Our meetings are intended for individuals who identify as gender variant, transgender, intersex, or who are questioning their gender identity, their significant others, parents, children, allies and helping professionals.
Membership costs?
Our group is not a membership organization and there is no charge to attend. Attendees may offer a voluntary donation to help defray the costs of meeting supplies and special events.
Meeting format
Our meetings begin with some announcements, a short program or presentation, then we break into a support group in order to share, learn, and to give and get support on matters of gender identity and expression. Besides any scheduled program, we always welcome those seeking help with specific issues. Our meetings are open to all families, friends, allies and persons who are seeking information, wondering what to do, all in keeping with the idea that what is said here, stays here. Please join us, there is no cost to attend and membership is not required.
